In 2012, FOTRIC launched a thermal imaging system for large-scale network monitoring, and independently developed its own first thermal imaging monitoring APP, laying the foundation for the integration of thermal imaging technology and the Internet. In 2013, we developed the first professional thermal imaging camera coupled to an Android smartphone. In 2014, FOTRIC launched an intelligent fire alarm thermal imaging camera, which can autonomously run fire alarm analyses and automatically give notice to the the fire department, winning the support of the Innovation Fund of the Ministry of Science and Technology. In 2016, FOTRIC 220 series, the second-generation of smartphone based thermal cameras gained the industry’s recognition quickly after its launch. In 2018, it won the first place in the electrical category of the IR/INFO Thermal Imaging Competition.
