Hot spot effect

Dust and fallen leaves will stick to the solar panel and thus shade it in partial or completely. The shaded parts of solar panels will not generate electricity but consume the electricity produced by other unshaded parts of solar panels, and the shaded solar cell modules will heat at this time, with is hot spot effect.

Harm

If the temperature caused by hot spot effect exceeds a certain limit, it will melt the soldered joint and destroy the grid line on solar cell module and thus cause the scrap of the entire solar cell module. The authoritative statistics show that the hot spot effect cuts the service life by at least 10%.
